For the Strawberries:
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit
For the Coconut Whipped Cream:
• 1 can full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• Optional: 1–2 tsp maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
