Healthy Mayo/Ranch Dressing

Honestly, I am obsessed with this dressing/dipping sauce.

I use it for dipping and dressing salads and pretty much anywhere mayonnaise is called for.

Unlike most store purchased mayonnaise, this recipe calls for avocado oil and very simple ingredients.

Most commercial Mayo is made with soybean oil which contains saturated fats and triglycerides, which can cause inflammation.

Avocado oil on the other hand is rich in monounsaturated fat which supports cardiovascular health and optimal cholesterol levels.

I prefer avocado oil rather than olive oil here because olive oil has a very distinctive taste where avocado has a neutral flavor.

The simple ingredients just come together so well here and the taste is phenomenal.

I’ve never been tempted to lick the mayonnaise spoon, but this dressing is a different story. Sorry, not sorry!

Save this one. I think you’re gonna love it!
